1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the jlkk platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with jlkk's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of jlkk, including registered players, visitors browsing the platform without an account, and any person accessing jlkk through any device or browser. If you are accessing jlkk on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these terms.

jlkk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. 2. Eligibility

• You have not previously been excluded from jlkk or had an account terminated for breach of these terms;
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order or cooling-off period on the jlkk platform.

jlkk reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by jlkk may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

3. Account Registration & Management

3.1 Registration

To access the full features of jlkk, you must register for an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested in the registration form. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change. jlkk is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one active jlkk account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. Where jlkk identifies duplicate accounts, all associated accounts may be suspended, and any balances, bonuses, or winnings held in those accounts may be forfeited pending investigation. jlkk's determination in such matters is final.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jlkk login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. jlkk will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. You agree to notify jlkk immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. jlkk is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

jlkk is required to verify the identity of all players in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR requirements. You may be required to submit copies of a valid government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of ownership of any payment method used. jlkk reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and restrict account activity until verification is satisfactorily completed.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

jlkk accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Deposits are credited to your jlkk account balance upon confirmation of receipt. jlkk does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

All funds deposited into your jlkk account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in account suspension and return of funds to the originating source.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. Withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within five minutes of approval. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take up to one business day depending on the receiving institution's processing schedule.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. jlkk reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on jlkk are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jlkk is not responsible for any currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences applied by your payment provider.

4.4 Unclaimed Balances

If your jlkk account remains inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months, jlkk may classify the account as dormant. jlkk will make reasonable efforts to contact you before any dormancy fees are applied. Dormant account handling is subject to applicable Philippine regulations.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

jlkk may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free spins, and other incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are credited to your account in accordance with the specific terms of each promotion and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as stated in the individual promotion terms) before a withdrawal request will be approved. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements, while table games and live dealer games may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the promotion terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

jlkk reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where jlkk reasonably determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk bets to fulfill wagering requirements, or participating in coordinated bonus exploitation with other players. jlkk's determination in such matters is final.

5.4 Expiry

Bonus funds and free spins that are not used within the validity period specified in the promotion terms will expire automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

6. Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Game Rules

Each game available on jlkk is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms & Conditions, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics, and these Terms & Conditions shall prevail with respect to account management, payments, and conduct.

6.2 Random Number Generation

All jlkk games that rely on random outcomes use certified random number generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and verified for fairness. Live dealer games are conducted by real dealers in real time and are subject to the same fairness standards. jlkk does not manipulate game outcomes.

6.3 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or connectivity failure during gameplay, jlkk reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account balance. jlkk is not liable for any loss of winnings or game progress resulting from technical issues beyond its reasonable control, including internet service interruptions on the player's end.

6.4 Bet Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games on jlkk and are displayed within each game interface. jlkk reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time without prior notice. Players who consistently win large amounts may have their bet limits reviewed and adjusted at jlkk's discretion.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jlkk:

• Registering more than one account or registering on behalf of another person without authorization;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with jlkk games or systems;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using jlkk to process funds derived from illegal activity;
• Depositing funds using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment methods;
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute legitimate transactions;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jlkk staff or other players through any communication channel;
• Accessing jlkk from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law;
• Allowing a minor (any person under 21 years of age) to access or use your jlkk account.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Platform Availability

jlkk endeavors to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades, and circumstances beyond jlkk's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. jlkk is not liable for any loss arising from platform downtime.

8.2 Gambling Losses

jlkk is not liable for any gambling losses incurred by players on the platform. By using jlkk, you acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose some or all funds wagered. You accept full responsibility for your gambling decisions.

8.3 Third-Party Services

jlkk integrates third-party game providers, payment processors, and other service providers. jlkk is not liable for the acts, omissions, or failures of any third-party service provider, including delays in payment processing caused by GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, or Metrobank.

8.4 Maximum Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jlkk's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jlkk account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

9.1 Termination by jlkk

jlkk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where jlkk reasonably believes that: the player has breached these Terms & Conditions; the player has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; continued operation of the account poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to jlkk; or the player has failed to complete required verification within the specified timeframe.

Upon termination for cause, jlkk may forfeit any bonus balances and withhold real-money balances pending investigation. Where no breach is established, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

9.2 Termination by Player

You may close your jlkk account at any time by contacting jlkk's support team via live chat. Before closing your account, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course. Bonus balances will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure. If you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons, jlkk encourages you to use the self-exclusion tool instead, which provides additional safeguards.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. jlkk operates in compliance with the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) for online gaming platforms serving Filipino players.

10.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of jlkk, you agree to first contact jlkk's support team to seek an informal resolution. jlkk will endeavor to respond to and resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause limits jlkk's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction.

10.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

10.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with jlkk's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and jlkk with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
